Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. No physical goods

Acadvio is school management software provided online by Boffin Coders Private Limited. Nothing is shipped by post or courier and no shipping charges apply. Everything we provide, the web portal, the mobile app and the documents you receive from us, is delivered electronically.

2. When the service is activated

The service is activated after the school, trust or society (the Customer) has signed its order form or agreement with us and, where the order form asks for it, paid the first invoice. We then:

1. create the Customer’s organisation and each school, with its own web address (for example, yourschool.acadvio.com);
2. email an invitation to the person named as the organisation or school administrator;
3. agree the onboarding plan with the Customer: data import, fee setup (if the fee module is part of the plan), training and the go-live date.

Sign-in access for the administrators is available as soon as the organisation is set up. The full go-live date depends on the onboarding plan and is agreed with the Customer in writing.

3. How access is delivered

• Web portal. School staff sign in at the school’s own address. Existing users can also start from app.acadvio.com.
• Mobile app. Parents, teachers and school leaders use the Acadvio app on Android and iOS. The school tells its users how to install and sign in to it.
• Accounts. The school creates accounts for its staff and links parents to their children. Sign-in details are sent by email to each user; we never send passwords in plain text.
• Invoices and receipts for subscriptions are sent by email to the Customer’s billing contact.

4. If something has not arrived

If an invitation email has not arrived, check the spam folder first, then ask your school administrator to resend it from the portal. If the problem continues, or the service has not been activated when expected, contact us:

We acknowledge every delivery issue within 48 hours and keep you updated until it is solved. Parents should contact their school first, as the school manages parent accounts.
