- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, from us or anyone else.
- The Acadvio portal and app store only what they need to keep you signed in securely and to remember choices you make. Nothing is used for advertising, profiling or tracking you across other sites or apps.
- Because we use nothing optional, there is no cookie banner to accept or decline.

Like any website, our hosting keeps server logs (IP address, browser and time of each request) for security. These are not stored on your device; see our Privacy Policy.
3. The Acadvio portal (for school staff)
Strictly necessary cookies. These keep you signed in and protect your account. They are marked HTTP-only and sent only over secure connections, so scripts on the page cannot read the sign-in cookies.

4. The Acadvio app (for parents and teachers)
The app does not use cookies. It stores on your phone only what it needs to open quickly and keep you signed in:

The iPhone app also starts Google Firebase’s app service, which creates an app installation identifier. No school records are sent to it. See our Sub-processors.
5. How to clear or control this storage
- Website and portal: sign out, then clear site data in your browser’s settings. If you block the portal’s cookies, you cannot sign in.
- App: sign out to remove your sign-in tokens and profile from the phone. Removing the app (or clearing its storage on Android) removes the rest.
- Clearing storage does not delete the records your school keeps in Acadvio. For those, see the school’s privacy notice or ours.
6. Changes and questions
