Use this form, or write to the grievance officer at the email or address above. You will get a reference number straight away.

3. What to include

• your name, and how we can reach you;
• the school concerned (if any), and your role: parent, staff member, school or visitor;
• what happened, when, and what you would like us to do;
• any screenshots or reference numbers (for example a receipt number).

4. Timelines

• Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receiving your grievance, with a reference number.
• Resolution: within 30 days. If a grievance needs longer, for example because the school must act, we tell you why and when to expect an answer, and in any case answer within the 90-day limit set by the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.

5. Which route to use

• Parents and staff: for anything about a child’s records, attendance, marks, fees or messages, contact your school first: the school is responsible for its data. For problems with Acadvio itself (the app, sign-in, security, or how we process data), write to us.
• Schools: use your account manager or our support email; data protection concerns go to the grievance officer.
• Website visitors and people who asked for a demo: write to the grievance officer.

6. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, or do not receive one in time, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Act asks you to use our grievance process first. You may also approach any other authority the law allows.
