How quotes work
Three steps, all in writing
- 1Tell us about your schoolYour schools, roughly how many students, and what you want to use. A free demo shows Acadvio on a working demo school.
- 2A quote in writingAfter the demo we send a written quote for your school or group, listing what it covers and any one-time onboarding charge.
- 3The agreementAn order form under our Terms of Service, with the Data Processing Addendum your organisation admin accepts in Acadvio.

Paying Acadvio
- Invoices come from Boffin Coders Private Limited, GSTIN 03AAHCB2157K1ZT
- GST is added at the applicable rate
- An annual subscription, billed in advance, renewing each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before renewal
- Invoices are payable within 15 days unless your order form says otherwise
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Parents’ fee payments go to the school
When parents pay fees in the app, the money goes to your school’s own account through Cashfree, not to Acadvio. Acadvio never holds or routes fee money.

Your quote lists any one-time onboarding charge separately.
No. Your quote is based on your students, schools and modules, not on how many parents use the app. There are no per-message charges for email or messages in the app, and Acadvio does not send SMS, so there are no SMS charges.
Yes. A trust, society or group can get one quote covering all its schools, with one agreement and one organisation admin over every school.
No. Online fee payments go through Cashfree under the school’s own merchant account, so gateway charges are between the school and Cashfree. By default the school absorbs them, so parents pay exactly the fee shown. How fees work
